Jas. J. Scott and Miss Lucinda J. Morrison, two well known young people of Afton township, were united in marriage on Wednesday last. The ceremony took place at the residence of Wm. Hale, conducted by Rev. McCaffree. The young couple were made the recipients of a large number of valuable and useful presents, attesting the esteem in which they are held. They will settle down on a farm in Afton township.
