Minnie L. Murray dies at Rockwell

Funeral services will be Wednesday for Mrs. William (Minnie L.) Murray, 86, who died Monday [November 25, 1963] at her home in Rockwell. She had lived in the community 71 years, in Rockwell since 1918.

Requiem high Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rockwell with Father Raymond S. Bohrer as celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Murray was born Oct. 20, 1877, at Petosi (sic, should be Potosi), Wis., to John and Lucy (Aul) Scholl. She was married to William E. Murray Nov. 25, 1903, and died on the 60th anniversary. He preceded her in death Sept. 3, 1935.

Surviving are a brother, Benjamin Scholl, Bagley, Minn., and a sister, Mrs. Frank (Mary) Sturges, Rockwell.

The Rosary was scheduled at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday at the Patterson-James-Murphy Chapel in Rockwell. Visitation will be there until the time of services.
