Mason City, Cerro Gordo County, IowaROCK FALLS - Fred C. Weller, 72, of Rock Falls, died Thursday (Aug. 8, 1991), at home.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Old Stone United Methodist Church, Rock Falls, with the Rev. Dennis McMillan officiating. Burial will be in the Rock Falls Cemetery.
Visitation will be until 10 a.m. today at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 209 Second St. N.E., Mason City, and after 11 a.m. today at the church.
Memorials may be given to the Fred Weller memorial fund.
Fred C. Weller was born March 13, 1919, at South Bend, Ind., a son of Rolland and Fern (Awald) Weller. He attended school in Grovertown, Ind. He hauled milk for 32 years for Hermanson Brothers Carnation and Anderson Erickson before retiring in 1978. He married Lorraine Hansen Sept. 7, 1940, at Plymouth.
Survivors include his wife, Lorraine, Rock Falls; one son, Rolland Weller, Rock Falls; his mother, Fern Anderson, Walkerton, Ind.; one brother, Gilbert Weller, Rochester, Ind.; and one sister, Betty Godfrey, LaFayette, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his father and one sister.
