Warren Duff, of Carroll and formerly of Rock Falls, died Aug. 18, 2007 at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines. Warren Duff was born on April 7, 1928, at Rock Falls, IA., the son of Winford and Grace (Tarpy) Duff. He began his 47'year career with the Iowa Highway Commission as an inspector after graduation.

He married Patsy Winters on Mar. 18, 1952, in Marshalltown, Ia. He is survived by his children, Catherine (James) Fox, of Boone; Thomas (Sharon) of Carroll, Ann and her special friend, Lloyd Knapp, of Mason City, Ia.; 3 grandchildren, and a sister.

[Interment was made at Rock Falls Cemetery.]
