Aged Man At Dougherty Dies

Rites for Richard Lalor, 84, to be Wednesday at St. Patrick's.

Dougherty - Richard Lalor,84, died at his home in Dougherty late Monday following an illness of one week. Born Dec. 15, 1852, at Dana County, Wis., he came to Iowa in 1877, residing on a farm near here until moving to town in 1903. His wife preceded him in death. Surviving are one daughter, Miss Mae of Dougherty; one son Will of Dougherty; two sisters, Mrs. George Holmes of Mondova, Wis., and Sister Mary Bertelle at Geneseo, Ill. One son died in infancy.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 o'clock Wednesday morning, the Rev. J.J. Collins officiating.
