Elizabeth Camarigg (nee Donahue) of Emmetsburg, IA, passed away on July 4th in Chicago, IL. Liz was 2 hours shy of her 80th birthday and enjoyed the company of all 5 of her children and spectacular fireworks during her transition.

She is survived by siblings Therese Donahue, Patricia Pomper, Richard Donahue and Mary Jean Besch as well as her children Mark Camarigg, Valerie Carpenter, Renee Daugherty, Johanna Naughton and Megan Camarigg.

Elizabeth graduated from Clarke University and worked as an Art teacher in Waukee, IA. She later moved to Mason City, IA and worked as the Art Librarian for many years at the Mason City Public Library. She enjoyed gardening, reading, good food and spending time with her family. She was very loved and will be greatly missed by many.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday July 30 from 11 AM - 1 PM at Muzyka Funeral Home located at 2157 W Chicago Avenue in Chicago, IL. For more information, please call (773) 278-7767
