Kenneth Wayne “Kenny” Smith, 64, Mason City, died Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014, at Shalom Towers in Mason City.

A graveside inurnment will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014, at Memorial Park Cemetery, Highway 122 West, Mason City. Following the graveside service there will be a gathering of family and friends at The Manor in Mason City.

Kenny was born to Roy and Omie (Weitzel) Smith on March 27, 1950, in Mason City.

Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Larry (Barb), Ron, David (Julie), Bev (Lee), Donna (Joe), Carolyn (Marty) and Marilyn (Chuck); a special nephew, Justin Smith, as well as many other nieces and nephews, and two sisters-in-law, Darlene Weitzel and Alice Smith.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Omie Smith Rasmusson, his stepmother, Ruth Smith, his stepfather Chauncey; brothers, Le Roy Weitzel, Richard Smith, and brother-in-law, Charles Lybarger, and sister-in-law, Linda Smith.
