MASON CITY -- Robert A. French, 48, of 1644 N. Carolina Pl., died Friday (April 19, 1996) at his home.

Private family graveside services will be held at a later date with the Rev. John "Jack"' Gannett of Trinity Lutheran Church officiating.

There will be no visitation; the body will be cremated.

Memorials may be made to the Robert A. French Memorial Fund.

Robert A. French was born Jan. 25, 1948, in Mason City, the son of John and Dorothy (Raymond) French. He graduated from Mason City High School in 1967 and NIACC in 1969. Robert married Vicki Anderberg Aug. 31, 1968 in Mason City. He was owner-operator of Diamond Dave's Taco Company in Southbridge Mall.

Survivors include his wife, Vicki, of Mason City; two daughters, Robee French of Nora Springs, and Elizabeth French of Mason City; a grandson, Nicholas O'Dell, of Mason City; mother-in-law, Ardella Anderberg, of Mason City; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Raymond and Richard.
