Requiem high Mass was celebrated Tuesday for Joseph J. Castro, 70, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Father W.P. Greener was celebrant. Acolytes were Jerry Juhlin and Jerry Farrel. Cross bearer was Denny Morehead.
St. Joseph's School Choir sang the Mass. Sister Mary Eleanor was the organist. Ushers were Rufus Vasquez and Zike Angell.
Pallbearers were Merno Sanchez, Joe Sanchez, John Bombella, Benjamin Bombella, Frank Servantez, and Charlie Chavez. Burial was at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. The Patterson-James Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
