Sunday, October 23, 2016MASON CITY — Iona P. Radcliff, 88, of Mason City, died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016, at Good Shepherd Health Center. Per her request, her body will be cremated.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 213 N. Pennsylvania Ave., with Pastor Kathy Graves officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to services Monday at the church. Inurnment will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Iona was born March 23, 1928, in Forest City, Iowa, the daughter of Vern and Pearl (Brunsvold) Johnson.
She graduated from Manly High School. Iona married Dale Radcliff April 17, 1954, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, preparing the family meals and playing cards, especially bridge and poker. Iona was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Iona’s family would like to thank the staff at Good Shepherd Health Center for the care she received while a resident there.
Iona is survived by 1 son, Michael (Judy) Radcliff of Golden Valley, Minnesota; grandchildren, Brian (Shelly) Radcliff, Brent Radcliff, Tami Anderson, Joseph Anderson, Emily (Bill) Cranston, Nicholas Radcliff and Joshua Radcliff; great grandchildren, Samantha, Scott, Ian, Morgan, Billy, Hayley, Carley and Sophia; 1 brother, Raymond (Susan) Johnson of Minneapolis, Minnesota; 2 brothers-in-law, Cecil (Arleen) Radcliffe of Clear Lake and Gailerd Erickson of Des Moines; 3 sisters-in-law, Loretta Radcliff of Minneapolis, Michiko Radcliff of Minneapolis and Dolly Johnson of Mason City; several nieces and nephews;
Iona was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dale; son, Terry; daughter-in-law, Linda Radcliff and 1 brother, Hadley Johnson.
