Tuesday, October 25, 2016, Page A8ROCKWELL -- Timothy "Tim" Lloyd Ginapp, 61, of Rockwell, died Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016, at home.
A celebration of life will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2016, at Fullerton Funeral Home, Mason City. The family requests those in attendance to please not wear black.
Tim was born on Jan. 13, 1955, in Mason City, to Lloyd and Irene (Campbell) Ginapp. He attended school in Rockwell and gradated from Rockwell High School. After high school, Tim attended Iowa Central Jr. College. For the last 12 years of his life he was employed at Poet ethanol plant in Hanlontown, IA. He also worked 20 years in Clear Lake, IA, at LU’s Lounge.
In his free time, Tim enjoyed hunting and fishing. He liked to travel and see the mountains in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. Tim was an avid Bears fan and Iowa Hawkeyes fan. His highest priority in life was his family, especially his children and grandchildren. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
Those left to cherish his memory include his beloved children: Abbi (Jon) Roberts of Rockwell, Tony (Mandie) Ginapp of Mason City and Luke Holland of Mason City; mother, Irene Ginapp; grandchildren: Payton Roberts, Wyatt Roberts and Evangeline Ginapp; sisters, Anne (Alan) Starkweather of Waverly, IA and Mary (Rodney) Askildson of Mason City; brother, Tom Ginapp of Mason City; special friend, Kim Ginapp; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Ginapp; paternal grandparents, Fred and Hettie Ginapp and Mae Ginapp and maternal grandparents, Joseph and Pearl Campbell.
