COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- A memorial service for Dr. Dennis Buffington, 44, of Colorado Springs, Colo., will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the VanderPlouge Funeral Home, Sheldon.

Dr. Buffington was a Mason City dentist until several years ago. He died on Wednesday (May 8, 1996).

The family suggests memorials to the Dennis Buffington Memorial Scholarship, Pikes Peak Amateur Hockey Association, P.O. Box 1263, Colorado Springs, Colo. 80901.
