Funeral services for James L. Brewer, 78, 1714 N. Pennsylvannia, retired Jacob E. Decker & Sons employee, will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the First Assembly of God Church. The Rev. Norman Tosten, church pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford. [James was interred at Memorial Cemetery, Mason City, Iowa.]

Pallbearers will be grandsons. The organist will be Mrs. Allan Schloener, and the soloist will be Duane Bull. Mrs. John Ried and Mrs. Norman Wheeler are in charge of flowers.

Visitation is scheduled at the Patterson James Chapel until 11:30 a.m. Wednesday and at the church, prior to the services. Mr. Brewer died Monday [October 06, 1969] at a Mason City nursing home.
