CLEAR LAKE — Pauline Ruth Brady, 62, of 715 Buddy Holly Place Apt. #7, Clear Lake, died Sunday (July 20, 2003) at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital in Charles City.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the New Life Assembly Of God Church, 1960 Gilbert St., in Charles City, with the Rev. William "Bill" Kelly with the Victory Assembly Of God Church in Vinton, officiating. Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Mason City.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the Fullerton-Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt St. in Charles City, and also one hour prior to services Thursday at the church.

Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to direct memorials to the Pauline Brady Memorial Fund.

Pauline was born Sept. 8, 1940, the daughter of Tom and Arlene (Edwards) Thompson, in Mason City, Iowa. She graduated from Mason City High School in 1959.

Oct. 22, 1966, Pauline was united in marriage to Richard Brady in Glenville, Minn.

She had spent most of her working life employed as a bookkeeper, most recently for Opportunity Village in Clear Lake. Pauline enjoyed spending time with her family and visiting with friends, shopping and dining out.

Those grateful for having had the privilege of sharing in her life are her three children, James "Jim" Brady of Charles City; Carolyn Kielty and her husband, Robert, of Charles City; Patricia Winters and her husband, Robert, of Waverly, Minn.; six grandchildren, Chad Winters, Renae Gnade, Jason Winters, Brenda Goodknight, Tim Kennison and Rick Winters; five great-grandchildren; and will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by other relatives and friends.

Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Richard in 1995; a son, Rick Brady in 1985; and her mother, Arlene Thompson in 2001.
