CHARLES CITY — Bailey Anne Blackburn of Nesbit, Miss., was born prematurely on Saturday (June 21, 2003) at Methodist Hospital in Rochester, Minn.

Private inurnment services will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Ted Clark, of the First Wesleyan Church in Charles City, officiating.

Memorials may be directed to the Bailey Anne Blackburn Memorial Fund in care of Scott and Jennifer Blackburn, 900 Clinton St. in Charles City, IA 50616.

Bailey is survived by her parents, Scott L. and Jennifer (Laneer) Blackburn and her brother, Brandon, of Nesbit Miss.; paternal grandparents, James and Dianne Blackburn, of Charles City; maternal grandparents, John Laneer of Memphis, Tenn. and Jackie (Dennis) Morlok of Nesbit, Miss.; paternal great-grandmother, Joyce Nelson, of Charles City; maternal great-grandmother, Anne (Bill) Borwick of Memphis, Tenn.; paternal uncle, Marc Blackburn and family of Charles City; and maternal aunt, Angela Goodwin and family of Hernando, Miss.

Hogan-Bremer-Moore Colonial Chapel, 126 Third St. N.E. in Mason City is in charge of arrangements.
