Joseph Kirk, Pioneer Resident of Rockwell, Is Dead at Age of 78

ROCKWELL, April 27. - Joseph Kirk, 78, a resident of this community for about 55 years, died at the home of his son, Frank, five miles northeast of Rockwell this forenoon [April 27, 1933]. Funeral arrangements had not been made Thursday afternoon. Mr. Kirk was a member of the Catholic church.

[Interment was made at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Rockwell, Iowa.]
