Obituary - Sister Dorothy Ann Griff, OP (Ephrem)

Sister Dorothy Ann Griff, OP (Ephrem), died March 13, 2015. Professed in 1956, Sr. Dorothy taught in the following schools: Holy Trinity, Bloomington, IL; St. Thomas Aquinas, Kenosha, WI; St. Philip Benizi, Chicago; St. Thomas More, Alhambra, CA; Annunciation, Green Bay, WI; and Resurrection, Minneapolis. She ministered as librarian at Bethlehem Academy, Faribault, MN, and Regina, Minneapolis, and as parish social worker at St. Martin de Porres Parish, Peoria, IL. Sr. Dorothy served as pastoral minister at Holy Family Parish, Mason City, IA; St. Joseph Parish, Port Arthur, TX; and St. Michael Parish, Houston, TX. She was an adult educator and literacy coordinator at Sacred Heart Southern Missions, Walls, MS; literacy instructor at DeSoto Center Literacy Council, Hernando, MS; and tutor at Northwest Community College, Southaven, MS. May she rest in peace.
