WALLIE HAUGEN

Wallie Haugen, 71, died Wednesday, May 18, at his home in Clear Lake.

Services were held on Friday, May 20, 1977 at the James Funeral Home, Clear Lake, Ia., with Rev. Raymond Faust, pastor of Evangelical Free Church officiating.

Interment in the Clear Lake Cemetery, James Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. A. E. Folkmann was the organist and Troger Froiland, soloist.

Haugen was born September 13, 1905 in Grant Township the son of Ole Haugen and Andrea (Peterson) Haugen.

He married R. Idelle Garlock on September 15, 1931 at Fergus Falls, Minn. Haugen was a retired farmer and well driller.

He is survived by his wife, R. Idelle, Clear Lake; three sons, DuWayne, Keith and Myron Haugen, all of Clear Lake and one daughter, Deloris Haugen, Clear Lake. Nine grandchildren, one brother, Kenneth Haugen, Waseca, Minn. and two sisters, Mrs. Hans (Hilda) Johnson, Fertile, Ia. and Mrs. Leo (Hazel) Stokke, Fertile.

Haugen was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Mark and Dale, seven brothers and one sister.

Pallbearers were William Blau, Donald Garlock, Herbert Garlock Sr., Herbert Garlock Jr., Myron Garlock and Michael Secory.
