R. Fisher Service Set for Tuesday

Reinhardt Fisher, 80, retired employe (sic) of Jacob E. Decker and Sons, died Saturday at his home, 1625 Pennsylvania N.E. He had lived in Mason City since 1928.

Mr. Fisher was born October 22, 1878, at Rosenburg, Russia, son of Peter and Margrette (Cookshause) Fisher. He came to the U.S. Oct. 3, 1912, and had lived in Milwaukee and Hayfield before moving to Mason City.

He was employed in the curing department at the packing plant 19 years and retired in 1948. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Mason City.

Surviving are his wife, Anna; two daughters, Mrs. Jacob (Anna) Weitzel, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Paul (Kathryn) Stevenson, Mason City; two sons, David Fisher, Mason City,and Reinhardt Fisher Jr., Kensett, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by three children.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. The Rev. C. A. Hinz will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the Major Memorial Chapel until noon Tuesday.
