Mason City Burial For Former Resident

Word has been received here of the death of a former Marshalltown resident, William P. Hawley, Mason City. Mr. Hawley, 72, died Monday and services were held at the First United Methodist Church in Mason City this Wednesday afternoon.

He was born in Marshalltown July 26, 1908, the son of George and Emma Hawley. His father was a Marshalltown postmaster. He attended school and was graduated from Marsha(page torn off) High School in 1926 and was a m (page torn off) of the 1927-28 class at Marsha (page torn off) Junior College.

He was married to Louise (page torn off) Aug. 28, 1930 and (text missing) surviving are (text missing) mother, Em (text missing) Villa Del (text Missing).
