PLAN RITES FOR LAKE WOMAN

Funeral for Miss Anna E. Hamstreet to Be Monday

CLEAR LAKE - Miss Anna E. Hamstreet, 63, died at a Mason City hospital early Saturday morning following a major operation performed Tuesday. She had been in poor health for a number of months.

Miss Hamstreet, who was born Aug. 8, 1876, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Hamstreet, had been a resident of Cerro Gordo county many years having lived on a farm south of Clear Lake until she moved to town to make her home.

She is survived by three brothers, Charles Hamstreet, Mason City; Dr. W. S. Hamstreet, Titonka, and Clifford Hamstreet, Tucson, Ariz., and two sisters, Mrs. Clark Rice, Swaledale, and Mrs. M. N. Nelson, Clear Lake.

Funeral services will be held at Williams' funeral home Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. J. B. Calhoun, pastor of the Congregational church, will conduct the rites and burial will be in Clear Lake cemetery.
