Obituary - Charlotte Adelia (Juhl) Luick
April 10, 1913 ~ August 09, 1997

Thorton - Charolette Luick, 84, died Saturday {Aug. 9, 1997} at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Gochenouer officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery [Thornton IA]. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m Tuesday at Grarup Funeral Home.

Charolette Luick was born April 10, 1913, in Burchinal.

Survivors include two daughters, Mardelle Sorensen of Mesa, Ariz, and Sherryl Jones of Spirit Lake, one son; L.M. "Bud" Luick of Mason City, three sisters, Cleo Gullickson and Edna Hansen, both of Northwood, and Hazel Troe of Hampton; 15 grandchildren; a 23 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter [Lorraine Marie (Luick) Jones], one grandson, two sisters & one brother.
