JOHN ELLIOTT

John Noble Elliott, 69, Chicago, Ill., died Dec. 30 at a Chicago nursing home. He and Mrs. Elliott were former Clear Lake residents. Mr. Elliott had been in the insurance business locally several years ago, and each year since has spent about three weeks visiting friends in the Clear Lake area.

Funeral services were held last week in Chicago, and interment is planned for early next week in the Clear Lake Cemetery. The Ward-Van Slyke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth (Hillman) Elliott; two daughters, Mrs. John (June) Thrash, Chicago; and Mrs. Charles (Ruth Lois) Bauer, Park Ridge, Ill.; and a son, John, Chicago; seven granddaughters and one grandson.

NOTE – John Noble Elliott was born June 25, 1903, died December 30, 1972 and was buried in the Clear Lake Cemetery Section 7 Row 2.
