CLEAR LAKE — Gladys Johnson, 83, of 1415 S. Eighth Street, died Sunday (May 17, 1998) at the Concord Care Center, Garner.

Graveside services will held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Clear Lake Cemetery with the Rev. Thomas Healey officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake.

Gladys was born April 20, 1915, in Whitlock, Tenn.

Gladys is survived by her husband, Glenn Johnson, Clear Lake; one son, Glenn Randy Johnson, Clear Lake; and one sister, Edith Rea, Cape Coral, Fla.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
