Joseph "Toby" Noss, 96, passed away on March 31, 2012, in Sacramento, Calif. "Toby" was born November 15, 1915, in Dougherty,Iowa, and was a resident of Sacramento for 76 years. Numerous relatives in the Rockford, Dougherty, Nora Springs, Mason City and Charles City area, as well as California survive him. Funeral services were held on Monday April 9, 2012.
