Mrs. Henry Brunstein dies at 84

Elise BRUNSTEIN, 84, widow of Henry BRUNSTEIN, died Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur WAY, Rockwell. She had lived in the community 74 years.

Mrs. BRUNSTEIN was born May 9, 1880, in Germany. She was married to Henry BRUNSTEIN, Jan. 25, 1898, in Rockwell, She was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church of Rockwell.

Surviving are two sons, John and Henry BRUNSTEIN, both of Mason City; two daughters, Mrs. Wilbur (Augusta) MUTH and Mrs. Arthur (Bertha) WAY, both of Rockwell; seven grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Two brothers, Fred and Carl LOHMILLER, both of Henry, S.D., and a sister, Mrs. William (Anna) WHITTMAN, Lake Lillian, Minn., also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aug. 8, 1959, by a son in infancy, and a brother.

The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Rockwell, preceded by a 2 p.m. prayer service at the Patterson-James-Murphy Chapel.

The Rev. R. L. LEHMANN, pastor of the church, will officiate. Orville WITTE will be solist, Mrs. Max BOKMEYER, organist.

Pallbearers selected are Oscar HEAFORD, Edward MUTH, Eric LEVENHAGGEN, Charles ROGGERMANN, John FELTHUS and Edward HOFFMAN. Mrs. Oscar HEAFORD and Mrs. Max KRUGGEL will be in charge of flowers.

Burial will be in the Rockwell Cemetery. Visitation at the chapel will be from 3:30 p.m. Sunday until the time of services.
