OSAGE, IOWA - June 23 — Mrs. F. K. ALITZ, 50, St. Ansgar, and formerly of Mason City, died yesterday noon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Pete MATTHIESON, Osage. She had been, ill for four months, suffering from complications. Her death was caused by a stroke.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon, at the Champion funeral parlors. Burial will be in Plymouth, Iowa [Oakwood Cemetery].

Mrs. ALITZ lived in Mason City until 11 years ago when she moved to St. Ansgar. She resided in St. Ansgar until her recent illness.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. MATTHIESON of Osage, Mrs. Leo FENTON of Fertile, Mrs. Guy BATSON of Osage, Jessie at Osage, and one son, James, Osage.
