Obituary - Riley Justin Prazak
December 02, 2003 ~ January 13, 2006

Mason City - Riley Justin PRAZAK, 2-year-old son of Mindy PRAZAK, died Friday January 13, 2006, at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, MN.

Funeral service will be held 10:30 A.M. Wednesday January 18, 2006, at the Christian Church 102 North Hawkeye, Nora Springs, with Pastor Glen BANDEL officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-7 P.M., at Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapel 126 3rd Street N.E. Mason City, and one hour prior to the funeral service on Wednesday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the Riley J. PRAZAK Memorial Fund.

Riley Justin PRAZAK was born December 2, 2003, at Mercy Medical Center North Iowa, Mason City, the son of Mindy PRAZAK.

Riley liked to play with his big sister Rhianne. He enjoyed the outdoors, playing with his hot wheels, giving high fives and knuckles. Riley loved giving big hugs and kisses, Winnie the Pooh and Tigger, finding pennies and quarters. Some of his favorite foods were popcorn and hotdogs.

Riley is survived by his mother Mindy PRAZAK & special friend Chris McCOY, of Mason City, sister, Rhianne LUSTIG, of Owatonna, MN, grandparents, Janice & Kevin HOCHSTEIN, of Mason City, and Richard & Mary Jo PRAZAK, great-grandparents, Chuck & Bette WILSON, of Nora Springs, & E. Wayne PRAZAK, of Nora Springs, aunt and uncles, Jeremiah & Krista PRAZAK, of Mason City, Daniel PRAZAK & fiancé Erin LINDGREN, of Minn; special great aunt & uncle Wayne & Tammy PRAZAK, of Nora Springs; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Riley's great-grandmother Margaret PRAZAK preceded him in death.
