Monday, May 23, 2005CLEAR LAKE — Genevieve R. KLEIN, 84, of 706 Tenth Avenue North, No. 47, Clear Lake, died Saturday (May 21, 2005) at Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit-Mason City.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Christ, 2010 14th Avenue North in Clear Lake, with Pastor James ALLARD officiating. Inurnment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery, Highway 18 West, Mason City.
Genevieve Roselene KLEIN was born on June 30, 1930, in Mason City. She is the daughter of Amandus and Grace (SPICKERMAN) TAGESEN. Genevieve graduated from Mason City High School in 1939. She owned and operated the Silver Boot in Clear Lake.
Genevieve was a member of the Church of Christ in Clear Lake, and enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting, jigsaw and crossword puzzles, and making afghans.
Genevieve is survived by her son, Lyle HILL, and his wife, Rhonda, of Stephenson, Va.; three grandsons, Dale, Trinity, and Shane HILL; and one great-granddaughter, Katlyn HILL. She is also survived by her sister, Marguerite NOBLE, Conway, Ark., and two nephews, Leighton and Wally NOBLE.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
