April 4, 1906 - November 28, 1984

PLYMOUTH, IA - Wilmer C.Bistline, 78, of Plymouth, died Wednesday (November 28, 1984) at a Rochester, MN hospital.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Plymouth, with the Rev. James King officiating. Burial will be in the Bohemian section of the Plymouth Cemetery in Plymouth.

Visitation will begin at 3:00 PM today at Hogan-Bremer-Bride Colonial Chapel, Manly, where a parish wake will be held at 7:30 PM tonight.

Mr. Bistline was born April 3, 1906 in Buda, IL to Samuel and Carrie (Carter) Bistline. He moved to Rock Falls at the age of 8 and was a graduate of Rock Falls High School. On February 22, 1941 he married Mary Ann Hanson in Mason City. They farmed in the Plymouth area most of their married life.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann; one daughter Mrs. Gary (Mary Ann) Wandrey, Aleva, WI; two sons, John, Manly, and Ralph, Denison; six grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Earl (Ruth) Dyer, Neillsville, WI and one brother, Paul, Nora Springs.
