ANNA M. BEHM DIES; SERVICE SET
Mrs. John (Anna M.) Behm, 87, of 1608 N. Rhode Island, died Tuesday at the home of her daughter where she had lived since 1949.
A funeral Mass will be at 11:00 AM Thursday at Holy Family Catholic Church with the Rev. Robert Hogan, member of the Mason City Team Ministry, officiating.
Visitation will be from 2 PM Wednesday at the Hogan Bremer Colonial Chapel. A parish rosary will be at 7:30 PM Wednesday at the chapel. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, John Behm, Richard, Larry and James Bergan, and Lawrence and Robert Pinneke.
Born July 18, 1885 on a farm east of Plymouth, she was the daughter of Jacob and Anna Hovel Fitzl. She was married to John J. Behm on February 2, 1904 at Manly. They farmed in Lime Creek Township until moving to Mason City in 1942.
She is survived by a son, Lawrence J. Mason City, three daughters, Mrs. Lloyd (Lila Mae) Bergan, Mrs. Ralph (Ella) Gratias, and Mrs. Rose Pinneke, all of Mason City, IA.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1949, a daughter and eight brothers and sisters.
