CLEAR LAKE -- Mrs. S. G. (Laura) OVERHOLT, 85, of 911 S. Shore Drive, Clear Lake, died Friday [March 5, 1976] at a Mason City hospital. She was a retired school teacher.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Congregational Church, Clear Lake, the Rev. Kenneth UBBELOHDE officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitaion is at the Ward-Van Slyke Funeral Home, Clear Lake after 2 p.m. Monday.

She is survived by her husband, Sigel; two step-sons, Owen OVERHOLT, Dliden and James OVERHOLT, Palo Alto, Calif.; and one brother, Dr. Clarence R. PHILLIPS, Clear Lake.

NOTE: Laura (PHILLIPS) OVERHOLT was born in Mason City, October 11, 1890, the daughter of Lambert and Alice (PAYNE) PHILLIPS.
