MRS. D. NIELSEN DIES AT HOME

Funeral Rites to Be Wednesday Afternoon

Mrs. Dora NIELSEN, 74, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E. J. WHITE, in Portland township, Saturday morning, following an illness. She had resided in Cerro Gordo county and vicinity most of her life. Mrs. NIELSEN was born in Germany, July 28, 1872 [the daughter of Frederick and Marie (SIEVERTSEN) BAHNSEN]. She had been a resident of the United States for the past 66 years.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. E. J. [Nellie May] WHITE, Nora Springs, a grandson, Jesse WHITE, Nora Springs, 2 brothers, Fred BAHNSEN, Rockwell, and Henry BAHNSEN, Hillsborough, Ore. She was preceded in death by her husband [Julius NIELSEN (1871-1918)] and 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Patterson funeral home. Burial will be at the Rockwell cemetery. The Patterson funeral home in charge.
