ROCKWELL - Mary O'Harrow, 70, of 409 Fourth St. South, Rockwell, died Wednesday (July 11, 1990) at her home.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rockwell, with the Rev. Dennis Cahill and the Rev. Stephen Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today at Sacred Heart Parish Center, where a parish rosary will be said at 7 tonight.
Memorials may be given to the Mary O'Harrow Memorial Fund.
Mrs. O'Harrow was born Nov. 10, 1919, at Dougherty, to Martin and Mayme (Cunningham) Backer. She graduated from St. Patrick's Catholic Church School in Dougherty and married Charles O'Harrow on Sept. 7, 1938, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Dougherty. They lived on the O'Harrow farm prior to moving to Rockwell in August 1979.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rockwell the ACCW and the church circle.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Rockwell; one daughter, Mrs Dale (Sally) Becker, Mason City; one son and daughter-in-law, Fred and Kathy O'Harrow, Eagen, Minn.; three sisters, Mrs. Lucille Moorehouse, Sheffield; and Bernice White and Mary Pat Hoffman, both of Charles City; a special nephew and his wife, John and Sandy Warner, East Dubuque; four grandchildren, Debra, Angie, Colleen and Kevin; and two great-grandchildren, Jessica and Sheena.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Frances; and one granddaughter, Kim O'Harrow.
