Larry G. “Barney” Clark

MASON CITY – Larry G. “Barney” Clark, 53, of 223 13th St. S.E., died Monday, (October 7, 1991) at home.

Funeral services will be held at 11am Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 213 N. Pennsylvania Ave., with the Rev. Wayne Josephson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation is after 3pm today AND until 9:30am Friday at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 209 Second St. N.E.

Memorials may be given to the Larry G. Clark Memorial Fund.

Larry G. Clark was born March 22, 1938, at Mason City, a son of Barney and Leah (Beisel) Clark. He graduated from Mason City High School. He married Georgia Lease on April 7, 1972, at Iowa Falls. He was a longtime employee of the Armour Co. in Mason City, having worked there more than 25 years. Hobbies he enjoyed were trap shooting as well as working on cars.

He was also a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, North Iowa Vintage Auto and a life member of the National Rifle Association.

Survivors include his wife, Georgia of Mason City; two daughters, Christine at college in Forest City and Karen at home; one son, David at home; one brother, Bernard J. and wife Janet, Mason City; two nieces; two nephews; four great-nieces and one great-nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
