Bridigo Sanchez was born 8 Oct 1889 in Leon Gto. Mexico, the son of Alejandro Sanchez. On Oct 12, 1911, he married Ceceila Infante, born 22 Nov 1889 San Francisco Leon Gto. Mexico, the daughter of Sr. Leonisa & Marianna Romann Infante. She had a brother, Juan Infante who also lived in Mason City, IA. They had 16 children, but only 6 lived. Children of Bridigo & Cecelia are: Dorates born 19 April 1914 in Leon Gto. MX., married Rufina Caerina Vega in Des Moines, IA. He died 27 Oct 1993 in Mason City, IA. Mary S. born 29 Aug 1917 in Leon, Gto. Mx., married on 29 Aug 1936 in Mason City to Roberto Lievanos. She died 26 June 1999 in Salina, CA. Merno Roman Sanchez born 9 Aug 1922 in Leon, Gto. MX., married 1 Dec 1951 in Mason City, IA. to Mary Louise Chavez Vega. Manuel born 20 Jun 1924 in Leon Gto. MX., married 14 Dec 1939 in Mason City to Patricia (Petra) Bias Castro. He died 15 Oct 1997 in Mason City, IA. Isabelle A. born 5 Feb 1925 in Mason City, IA. married abt. 1958 to Tony Mendoza. She died 5 Aug 2002 in Mason City, IA. The Sanchez family came from Mexico in 1924, through Texas. Bridigo went to work for the Mason City Brick & Tile Co. The sons worked on the railroad together and later, some of them worked at the cement factory. Isabelle worked at the Mason City Tent & Awning. Merno served in WWII, enlisting 29 Dec 1942.
