George Stout

b abt 1785, NJ

d 1838, Washington, IL

bur unknown

I have this couple. I do not think the information correct on George's death. It said he died in the home of his son. I can find none of his family in Washington, Illinois around 1838. Also the county is not on the likely traveled route between the two areas George is said to have been. The sons of his first marriage were in Clark, Missouri and Union, Illinois. I have found his son John J Stout in Washington, Iowa in 1838 and All his sons of his second marriage there in 1840. So I think he probaly died there, but as yet I have no proff. His wife is said have died in Jefferson, Iowa, said to be buried in the Wright Cemetery, Cedar, Iowa, I am wondering if he might have been buried there first.

Would anyone know where I can find information on Wright Cemetery? I am not able to travel there.
