Info and connections

BEATTY, MOFFITT, MESSICK, NEELY

Looking for information and connections. Here is what I have:
James Beatty and Elizabeth Messick came to Cedar County, Iowa in about 1840. Most of Elizabeth's siblings and families came there too.
Their son George E. Beatty married Lucinda Neely in 1871. Both of them were born and died in Cedar Co.
Lucinda's parents, William Neely and Margry Moffitt Neely were born in Ireland and came to Tipton 1846; both died there.
Any connections out there? Looking forward to hearing from someone. Thanks - Ellen
