Hostler aka Hostetler aka Hochstetler

Sounds like a German name that was Americanized to Hostler. I ran a social security death index search and came up with one Hostler in Iowa who passed away in 2002.

I also ran phone # search and came up with only two Hostler's living in Iowa. If I were you, I'd either call or write to them. They're more than likely related and would be of help to you.

This is how I first found my long lost relatives back in Iowa and other's throughout the U.S.
