Land records

I found my gg grandfather and family listed in the 1850 Cedar County census, I would like to know where to find land records for him in Cedar County. They moved there sometime between 1843 abd 1850. He and his wife are also buried there in the Sharon Cemetery, so he lived there until his death in 1876. There was a spelling change in their name from Seeger to Sager sometime after the censes in 1850.
