Looking for land records for Pleasant William Chance who married Ruth Ann Finch in Muscatine County in 1845. They lived in or near Tipton, Cedar County from 1848 to 1867. They may have been there prior to that time and after. They had 11 children while living in Cedar County. Sometime after 1877, they moved to Phillips County, Kansas. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much
