Death Info - 1923

I am trying to find a death record for Ralph B. Thomason. He died on 7 March 1923 at the home of his brother and his family. Ralph become suddenly ill and died in days. Ralph actually lived in Johnson Co. and I had always thought his brother lived in Muscatine Co. BUT, I recently discovered his brother and family in Cedar Co. in the 1920 and 1930 census. His brother was William Allen Thomason and his wife was Grace Roberts Thomason.
