Slaymaker Cemetery?

I found a cemetery not too far from Scott County Iowa and there is no sign at all there but looks like the remains of an old church. This cemetery is located not too far from May's Iowa. Most of the stones are broken or buried. I think this is a family cemetery though.

Surnames are: Slaymaker, Ahlberg, Prince, Peters & Snoody.
