PAUSTIAN: Seeking info about Henry C.F. "Fred" Paustian, b. 1824 in Holstein, d. 1906 in Muscatine County. Wife's name Caroline or Ida. They had at least one daughter, Ida Pauline, who is my g-grandmother. Family lived from the 1880's to about 1900 in Marshall County, Iowa. I have always believed them to be related to the Paustian families in eastern Iowa, but have never been able to establish a link. If you have any info about Henry C.F. Paustian or general info about the Paustian families in eastern Iowa, please contact me.
