Funeral services for Trilba Holling, 78, Bennett, were held Dec. 14, 1993 at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence, with the Rev. Linda Myren officiating. Pallbearers were Kim Geadelmann, Richard Wixon, Jack Bauer, LeRoy Bauer and Terry Bauer. Burial was in the Inland cemetery, Bennett.

Mrs. Holling died Dec. 12 at St. Luke's hospital in Davenport, following a long illness.

The daughter of William and Minnie Walker Motz, she was born Oct. 28, 1915 in Bennett. She graduated from Bennett high school. She married Glenn Holling Sept. 27, 1934. He died in 1980.

Mrs. Holling was a homemaker and lived in the Bennett area her entire life.

She is survived by a son, William, Davenport; 2 daughters, Shirley Geadelmann, Clarence and Judy Dufur, Moline, Ill.; 3 sisters, Ethel Achey, Bennett; Melba Horstmann, Bennett; and Geneva Mallett, Davenport; a brother, Dwaine Motz, Mesa, Ariz.; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 2 brothers and a grandson.
