Funeral services for Deane Regina Chase, 97, were held at the West Branch United Methodist church Dec. 14 with the Rev. Samuel J. Hahn officiating. The body has been donated to the University of Iowa Medical college.

Mrs. Chase died at the Crestview Care Center, West Branch Dec. 10.

The daughter of Henry and Regina Tiddens, she was born at Grand Rapids, Mich. Feb. 5, 1890.

She is survived by a son, Kendrick G. (Bud) Chase, West Branch; 2 stepsons, Gerald R. Chase, Oakland, Calif. and Calvin Chase, Salem, Ore.; a grandson and several nieces and nephews.
