Last rites for Mrs. William (Bessie L.) Jasperson, 94, will be held at the Wilton United Presbyterian church at 1 p.m. today (Nov. 18) with burial in Oakdale cemetery. Mrs. Jasperson died at the Wilton Nursing home Nov. 16.

The daughter of Ernst and Catherine Oakes Einfeldt, she was born at Davenport April 23, 1893. She married William J. Jasperson Feb. 26, 1913. The couple farmed near Wilton until their retirement. He died in 1976.

Mrs. Jasperson was a member of the Presbyterian church, a 68 year member of Purity Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, Wilton; the Past Matrons club and a charter member of the Wilton Progressive club.

She is survived by a daughter, Doris Koppenhaver and a son Kenneth, both of Wilton; 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
