Funeral services for Harold T. Cary, 90, retired farmer, will be held at the Dye Funeral home at 1:30 p.m. today (May 23). Pallbearers are Lloyd Siebel, Harry Schott, Russell Wethington, Dean Handley, Verle Johnston and Kenneth Edens. Burial will be in the Tipton Masonic cemetery.

Mr. Cary died at his home about 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 20.

The son of Thomas Hardy and Elizabeth Ann Vicary Cary, he was born at Waukeegan, Ill., May 19, 1884 and was educated in the schools of Mason City, Iowa Falls and Tipton, coming to Tipton in 1896. A lifelong farmer, he never married, living with his brother, Alfred W. He was a member of the Masonic lodge and the Presbyterian church.

He is survived by his brother, 2 nephews, James and George Cary, Tipton and a niece, Sydney Su Link, Beaver Dam, Wis. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, 2 brothers, 2 nephews and a niece.
