Funeral services for Clarence LeRoy Schneider, 67, were held at Grace United Church of Christ, Wilton, May 13, with the Rev. Harold Potts officiating. Burial was in Oakdale cemetery.

Mr. Schneider died at Mercy hospital, Iowa City, May 11.

The son of Felix and Sophia Schutt Schneider, he was born Feb. 11, 1907 and spent his life in the Wilton area. He was married to Gertrude Binggeli at New Era, Nov. 21, 1928. He was a member of Grace United Church of Christ and Wilton lodge 167, AF & AM, the Order of the Eastern Star, the Davenport Consistory and Kaaba Shrine.

He is survived by his wife, a daughter, Mrs. John (Beverly) Dillaplain, Muscatine; 2 brothers, William and Harry, Wilton; a sister, Mrs. Emma Nielsen, Coon Rapids; a grandchild and a great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a brother.
