Funeral services for Levelle Hein, 63, were held at Davenport March 22 with the Rev. Kirk, Presbyterian church, officiating. Pallbearers were Lavern Bergmann, Kenneth Meewes, Dexter DeWulf, Keith Lilienthal, Douglas and Gaylen Esbaum.

Mr. Hein died at Mercy hospital, Davenport, March 19, following a long illness.

He was born in Bennett March 9, 1911 and was married to Ethel Knocke, Bennett, Jan. 27, 1940. He had been employed at the Rock Island Arsenal for 28 years, retiring in 1970.

He is survived by his wife, a grandson, Michael and 3 sisters, Mrs. Leora Meewes, Davenport and Mrs. Valerie Diedrich and Mrs. Ray (Evelyn) Lilienthal, both of Durant.

He was preceded in death by a son, Lyndon.
